What every lawyer and business owner (really, everyone) should know about the legal and financial consequences of getting married, growing old or dying. This program will provide business and corporate lawyers, litigators, bankers and accountants an overview of how the community property laws in California affect their clients' marriages, businesses and properties, before and after their death, which will assist their clients’ exit planning as well as estate planning. It will also touch on trust contests and financial elder abuse litigation, currently en vogue with the aging population.
