Who we are: LimNexus LLP is a law firm based in California with 17 attorneys.  We assist our clients with commercial litigation and business transactions.  Our clients include Fortune 500 companies  and multinational corporations.

Job details: We are seeking an attorney to join our Los Angeles office with five to seven years of commercial real estate transactional experience. 

Requirements include:

·         Experience with leasing and purchase and sale transactions.

·         Strong drafting and negotiating skills.

·         Excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills. 

·         Ability to assume independent responsibility.

·         Willingness to assist with corporate matters, including formation of legal entities, financing transactions, and M&A deals.

·         Licensed attorney in California.

Korean or Chinese language proficiency is not required but is a plus.
