A primer on Federal Tort Claims Act and Bivens federal civil rights actions.

Two federal civil rights experts will offer a primer on Federal Tort Claims Act and Bivens actions against federal employees. The presentations will include perspectives from the plaintiffs' side practice and discussions on when these claims are available and where the case law currently stands.
