Job details: We are seeking an attorney to join our Los Angeles office with five to seven years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
Requirements include:
路 Experience with leasing and purchase and sale transactions.
路 Strong drafting and negotiating skills.
路 Excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
路 Ability to assume independent responsibility.
路 Willingness to assist with corporate matters, including formation of legal entities, financing transactions, and M&A deals.
路 Licensed attorney in California.
Korean or Chinese language proficiency is not required but is a plus.
