California Litigation Updates

Please join us for a lunch and learn presentation on recent developments in California civil procedure and hear from our distinguished panelists who litigate in-house, in government and in private practice. The session will focus on the impact of several changes in the California Code of Civil Procedure (“CCP”), specifically, initial disclosures per CCP 2016.090, mandatory attorney sanctions per CCP 2023.050, and the new summary judgment deadlines per CCP 437(c). Our panelists will also discuss their experiences on the ground and share their insights on litigation trends.
